The Signalling Division of the Lionverge was set up in 1999 in order to support the P-Way function of the company, which had been running since 1984.
During this relatively short period of time, the division has grown from 3 members of staff to approximately 130, who are based at depots across the UK, enabling Lionverge to provide a 24-7, 365 day a year operation supplying qualified personnel, often at short notice, who are fully trained and competent to work on the UK rail infrastructure.
Over the last few years, Lionverge Signalling staff have worked for the majority of the then Infrastructure Maintenance Contractors (IMC's) and as such become highly adept at supply a variety of multi- functional services to the Network Rail controlled infrastructure, and continue to provide that service now that Network Rail are back at the helm.
Some of the services the Signalling division can offer include:
· S&T Support for P-Way relaying
· Disconnecting, reconnecting and testing of S&T equipment
· S&T installation work
· Faulting cover (including HPSS)
· Barrier installation works
· Points installations
· Cable renewals and testing
· Location building
· S&T maintenance
· Supply planning supervisors to IMC\'s for administration support
Due to the vast range of experience that the Lionverge signalling staff have Lionverge can provide expert staff to cover all the types of equipment found throughout the UK rail network.
