Lionverge was established in 1984 to provide a range of qualified, competent Civil and Permanent Way engineers to assist in maintenance of the rail infrastructure. Since then, the company has continually adapted and grown to meet the needs of an ever evolving industry, always employing only the most dedicated and highly trained staff, able to work throughout the United Kingdom. Most significantly in recent years, this has seen us establish our Signalling and Telecommunications departments, for which we are now widely recognised and respected throughout the industry.
We pride ourselves in the provision of the very highest calibre of staff, continual investment in staff training and development and the continuing commitment to our core values of safety, quality and competence. Our current strength lies in our having supplied such staff to the rail industry for in excess of twenty five years.
Here at Lionverge we pride ourselves in directly employing 100% of our workforce, meaning that along with our ISO9001 approved systems, all clients can be assured the very highest of arrangements to ensure the ongoing calibre, competence and ability of the personnel we provide.
Following a period in excess of four years RIDDOR free, an employee has fallen down a poorly maintained stairwell at an access point and broken their leg. Our best wishes go out to the Injured employee, and we are reminding all employees, contractors and visitors to site, to take extra care and attention during this cold (icy and wet) period whilst on site. This is our only RIDDOR in a five year period, and we are confident with the support of the workforce and our clients, that we can prevent such accidents happening again.
